I believe that in our most vulnerable moments, there is room for connection and a path toward growth. My approach is warm, attentive, and genuinely collaborative. I work with adults from all walks of life—helping individuals manage the complexities of life changes grief, depression, and relationship shifts with a focus on self-compassion and practical change.
My approach includes a blend psychodynamic insights with evidence-based strategies from Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and DBT-informed skills. This means we look at how your past impacts your present while developing manageable tools to help you live a life more aligned with your personal values. I am licensed to practice psychotherapy in Ontario, Canada and have served individuals from all walks of life with varied mental health concerns. I also have 4 years of coaching experience supporting individuals in the 2SLGBTQ community as they make big life transitions, e.g. divorce, coming out.
